Clean and tidy hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming, they went out of their way to help you . Nicely cooked breakfast. Would highly recomend this hotel . Will be coming back . Thanks j Andrews South Wales .
Good location. Attentiveness from the personnel
There are plenty of hotels in this area that are the same and cost less. Do not book this one! The area (Paddington) is full of them. Shop around.
Room was dirty, bed very uncomfortable, no curtains in the room, water trickled out of the shower.
Seize of te rooms
Stayed only 1 night as we had only 2 days sight seeing holiday. I think the hotel was good for a base to rest after a busy day in London. Nice helpful staff, and breakfast was GREAT .I stayed in the quad room with family, very clean nice shower and tv in room. Had a little trouble sleeping BUT this was only because of the streets outside (i,m not used to towns). great value for money and would book again .
Notthing.... Can't recomment it to anyone
It was so noisy... The toilet was running All the time... In every Room at the hotel... Everytime somebody used a toilet In the building... There were noise.... All day and Night....
Great location, nice staff, very clean and large room
Tiny bathroom, only bacon and eggs for breakfast with smell of breakfast cooking in the hotel
Staff were very friendly esp reception, who put sandwiches in the fridge for us overnight and let us leave bags in reception area during the day. Chef paid a visit to our table breakfast both mornings. Excellent.
We were in the top floor and the shower water was severely lacking in pressure. It was this that stopped me giving an excellent all round. Other than the shower, the hotel was great.
Unfortunately absolutely nothing!
Bed Bugs!! Unhelpful staff, filthy rooms, no clean towels, poor quality beds, no hot water, poor access to rooms made even worse by the staircase been used as storage for building materials, only allowed one key per room (even when that rooms a twin room)
Nothing except for the location. The location was amazing, as 2 underground stations were nearby, alongwith, a railway station. In addition to, major shopping streets. All the central London area was in connection to the hotel.
In terms of the prices, it was over rated. Staff didn't have hospitality trait, they were too rude. As for cleanliness, they didn't change the bed sheets and the towels for more than a week, even though we complained about it to them. No facilities were given, no elevator and no body to help with luggages. This can never be a 3 stars hotel, it’s just impossible.
The staff was very helpful and courteous and the access to WiFi was great.
Towel racks would have been most helpful and a night stand between beds as well. Also, the lack of shelf space in the bathroom was inconvenient. A nice touch that wouldn't break the bank would be matching hangers that would not include bent up metal ones.
Small rooms and high stairs. I tried to check out before because the hotel was terrible and I wanted to go somewhere else and they charged me an extra night.
the hotel staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help you. The location was excellent, it was in a fairly quiet area, however, within a 2 minute walk of both directions, you could be near shops, bars and restaurants. Hyde park was also just a 5 minute walk away which was great for us because we went for the wireless festival.
it wasnt a big problem at all, but the only thing that i would say was missing in our rooms was air con. Although it wasnt that hot when we went, our rooms were warm and for some of us, it was a bit discomforting sleeping at night. On the whole though, the hotel was well worth the money and we have said we would definately go again.
Breakfast was ok
Hotel in need of a refurbishment. We moved rooms 3 times due to various things. Rooms very delapidated and in need of a good clean. Rooms extra small, look elsewhere before spending your hard earned money.
